With patented Squeeze-to-read technology, you can easily remove the card shielding without having to take it out of the holder, making it a convenient and secure option for access points. When released, the card is automatically shielded again. This holder is FIPS 201 Approved, making it the first ever FIPS 201 approved shielded holder. It also has more FIPS 201 approved shielded products than any other manufacturer.
In addition to protecting your card, this holder is also resistant to weather and water, featuring true stainless steel spring clips. It is specifically designed for 13.56mhz ID cards such as the military CAC, US Government PIV, HID iClass, and more. For 125khz HID Prox cards, the BloxProx (trm) version is recommended as it protects both frequencies.
The combo includes a classic badgeholder, a 36 inch (914mm) long and 3/8 inch (10mm) wide lanyard made of polyester flat braided material, and an IDSH Logo Badge Reel that’s good for over 100,000 pulls. The lanyard features a safety break away and a wide, no-twist flat hook for added convenience.
